The Off-Season: Ontario Defense

TORONTO, ONT. -- While there's clearly exceptions, typically you don't see as much volatility with defense from bantam to minor midget as the top-end normally hold their own, for the most part. Largely for that reason, it shouldn't come as a surprise that you also don't see as much off-season movement on the back-end, especially compared to the forwards, many of which were on the move.

 

In this installment, we'll cover off those Ontario-born defenseman who were ranked in our Bantam Final Top-200 and who are on the move in 2017/18. This edition finishes our off-season look at what's happened in Ontario, but stay tuned as we turn our sights state-side where there's been no shortage of intriguing moves from the American-born players.
